We recommend taking 2-4 teaspoons per day of baobab powder. Blend into your favourite shake or smoothie recipe, sprinkle onto cereal, porridge, yoghurt, fruit or wherever else your imagination takes you. Baobab powder is also delicious mixed with hot water and a slice of lemon.

As baobab is so rich in fibre rich, if you wish to add to a drink , mix into a paste using a little liquid before topping up your glass.

Enjoy our natural baobab powder – our powder is hand harvested from groves of baobab trees in southern Tanzania. In association with village groups we organise the picking of baobab fruit from the trees, we usually concentrate on trees over 500 years old as these produce the largest crops with the most nutritional fruit. One of our trees old Bibi  (grandmother in KiSwahili) has been estimated to be over 1000 years old and produces 1000’s of fruit every year. The baobab fruit is sun dried after picking and then ground by hand to ensure no minerals or vitamins are lost.
